The Westridge community has been around since the first house was built in 1995. It also includes two gated communities, The Manors North and The Manors South. Formerly an orange grove, the community has grown to be a fabulous location for residents and renters alike, who enjoy a safe and crime-free location.

Within the community there are tennis and basket ball courts, a community swimming pool and plenty of parkland with excellent conservation views in the distance.

Westridge is an ideal location for your stay in Orlando, because of its convenient position off highway 27, approximately 3 miles south of the western end of highway 192. A short drive on US 27 is the local shopping plaza with a Publix supermarket, pizza parlour and other shops. Highway 27 also provides quick and easy access to major routes to both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts. It is also ideally situated for any of the Disney attractions you will invariably undertake whilst in Florida.

Directions from Orlando International Airport to Westridge

  1. On leaving the airport take the South Exit junction marked Kissimee and Disney.
  2. Follow signs to Disney and Kissimee and exit at the Celebration Avenue and 192 junction.
  3. Adopt right hand lane and turn right at the traffic lights into Celebration Avenue. Follow signs to 192 West and Interstate 4 (I 4).
  4. At the end of Celebration Avenue you will come to a set of traffic lights. Turn left onto the 192 (ignore all signs to I 4). Your journey along the 192 will be approximately 6 miles.
  5. Having driven past lots of shops, retail outlets, restaurants and hotels at the end of the 192 you will need to adopt left hand lane to pick up the US 27 heading south towards Haines City.
  6. Once on the US27 you will see Pollo Park, First National Bank and a petrol station on your left.
  7. Having driven through one set of traffic lights, approximately four miles on your right hand side, you will see the Florida Camp Inn. You then take the next right into California Boulevard, which will take you into the Westridge Development.
  8. Once in California Boulevard you drive past The Manors on your right and take first right into Nevada Loop.
  9. You then take first left into Darango Loop and first right into Santana Place.
  10. 244 Santana Place is the first property on the right.
